Conquering Migraine Headache Pain

Living with migraine headaches can be a painful burden and significantly impact daily activities. One of my patients, a 35-year-old female, has experienced migraine headaches since she was a teen. She shared with me that it’s been years since she could do something as simple as enjoy a hot shower because hot showers triggered her migraines.

Unfortunately, the painful burden of migraine headaches is common. Migraines rank in the top 20 of the world’s most disabling medical illnesses and every one in four households has someone affected by migraines.
